| Ingredients for four people:
400 gr. "Bresaola" by Bechèr
1 kg. pumpkin
1 red onion
1 garlic clove
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sweet curry
Lightly brown the onion together with the garlic which has been
finely chopped, then add the pumpkin cut into cubes, and wet everything
with a little chicken broth. Slowly mix and cook everything over low
heat adding the rest of the chicken broth a little at a time until
the pumpkin becomes creamy. Add the curry and salt at will.
Serve with the slices of "bresaola" (dried salt meat) and
a sprinkle of parsley.
