Ingredients for four people:
  • 400 gr. "Bresaola" by Bechèr
  • 1 kg. pumpkin
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • chicken broth
  • salt, parsley
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon sweet curry
  • Preparation:
    Lightly brown the onion together with the garlic which has been finely chopped, then add the pumpkin cut into cubes, and wet everything with a little chicken broth. Slowly mix and cook everything over low heat adding the rest of the chicken broth a little at a time until the pumpkin becomes creamy. Add the curry and salt at will.
    Serve with the slices of "bresaola" (dried salt meat) and a sprinkle of parsley.
