Lightly brown the garlic in the olive oil, then press the cloves
and remove them.
Add the Tyrol smoked ham cubes, the tomatoes (without the skin and
seeds) sliced in long thin strips, salt and pepper at will, and
slowly cook on a low flame for 15 minutes.
Strain the pasta al dente and toss it in the pan with the sauce
for a couple of minutes.
Flavour with basil and Parmesan cheese.
