Ingredients for four people:
  • 400 gr. "Amatriciana Bacon Cubes" by Bechèr
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 120 ml. peanut oil
  • a big head of curly endive salad
  • 2 slices of home-made bread
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • Preparation:
    Mix the mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a cup. Add the oil only at the end.
    Separately lightly fry the bacon cubes for 4 minutes in a large pan until brown; in the same pan also cook the bread cut up into small cubes about 2x2cm for 5 minutes.
    In a serving bowl dress the salad with the mustard dressing and the browned bacon and bread cubes. Garnish with the hard-boiled eggs cut in half.
