Mix the mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a cup. Add the
oil only at the end.
Separately lightly fry the bacon cubes for 4 minutes in a large
pan until brown; in the same pan also cook the bread cut up into
small cubes about 2x2cm for 5 minutes.
In a serving bowl dress the salad with the mustard dressing and
the browned bacon and bread cubes. Garnish with the hard-boiled
eggs cut in half.
